Refund policy

Return Policy
We have a 30-day Return Policy. In order to get a refund / or exchange an item that doesn’t suit you (for any reason), it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We will give you a full refund for products that are returned in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines;
  • Intimate or sanitary products;
  • Hazardous materials;
  • Flammable liquids or Gases;
  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products;
  • And Health and Personal care items.
Note: Do not send purchased items to the manufacturer.
A partial refund can be issued for specific items in certain situations (only if applicable), as follows:
  • Book with signs of use;
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record;
  • Except if due to our error, all items that are not in their original condition / that are damaged or that have missing parts
  • Returns made after 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive your item and inspect it, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received and processed your return. We will then inform you of our decision.
Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If we approve you refund request, we will process and automatically apply the refund to your credit card or to original method of payment within 8-10 business days (depending on the payment method used).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account/credit card statement several times and contact your bank / credit card. If you have done all of this and your refund still doesn't appear in your bank account/credit card, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further
assistance at support@ninemonthssober.com.
On Sale Items (if applicable)
“On sale” purchased items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged if it is our mistake. If you wish to exchange the damaged or faulty item for the same non-damaged product, please send us an email at support@ninemonthssober.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was directly shipped to your address, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item. Once we receive the item, we will send you a gift card.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the item was sent to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. The
gift giver will inform you of the return process.
